The Teachers

Lynn-Carole Milich BA (Hons), LRAM IPA Dip.Rem

Lynn is the founding director of restoreme. She has been inspired by the mind/body/breath connection from an early age. Her focus is on developing a greater sense of beingness in life/yoga. She has many years experience in speech therapy and remedial training. She has been practising yoga for seven years. Her encounter with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (M.E.) led her to a drastic change in her lifestyle. Inspired by the revered teachings of Sri T. Krishnamarcharya her path led her for further inspiration to India and the Krishnamarchya Yoga Mandarim. She now continues her studies under the guidance of her teacher Kausthub Desikachar. As well as being director and yoga teacher at restoreme she is a Certified Meridian Therapist and has undertaken the Mindfulness Stress Reduction Training programme. She brings together a range of skills and experience in mind-body health and personal development. Encouraging students to develop a strong inner sense of practice and creating a supportive environment for self-exploration and study.
