inspiration

Life is full of infinite possibilities

today is the beginning of a new day

And here we are now

In this moment

Breathing in and breathing out

Feeling the air around us

Inside the uniqueness of that body we own

With all its imperfections

We are a living work of art

loving and wanting to be loved

part of a greater mysterious world

trying to find a balance in our lives

we wander

sometimes flames of passion consume us

grief and loss dash us like debris on the rocks

stormy seas banter us without any lighthouse to guide and give hope

our minds mistily close with drowning despair

swimming in a mire of muck

but in spite of seemingly unsurmountable obtacles

there remains in us a spark

it cannot be put out

spark by irreplaceable spark it glows

there is a bud

inside you which slowly grows

in this world

sending out vibrations

and even though it feels the risk to remain tight inside the bud is more painful than to blossom

looking around you in the light there is love and joy and amazement and abundance and compassion

listening to your breath we have to keep up the practice

to your inner self

attempting wherever possible because at least once you try no matter how seemingly insignificant everything changes

there will be suffering and there will be pain

there will also be knowledge and understanding

but you are here right now feeling alive and here with what you have

a precious life

calm your thoughts your anxieties

the past is past

and living with now keeps you focused for the future

enjoy this moment

be present as if your life depended upon it

if it is not one thing it will be another

so what would you loose turning up as yourself

your truest bestest self

you

the genius!
