How
do you engage in the demands of your life without creating

Faced with difficult situations we often falter, projecting
fears and past experiences onto a situation. As if we are
wearing misty spectacles we are unable to see freshly. Our
clouded mind falls into habitual patterns. This is the beginning
of stress.
The momentum and complexity of contemporary life can lead
to stress reactivity across body/mind, resulting in an array
of physical and emotional problems for adults and children
of all ages.
Our yoga and stress related programs and one-to-one teaching
explore healing mindfully through movement, dialogue and contemplation.
We journey together to cultivate a constant fresh awareness
of our being. Moment to moment, non-judgmental, non striving,
opening our hearts and minds to a continued practice leading
to increased health and clarity. Listening to our breath we
